Adrenaline and testosterone are a trait that my family has a lot of normally. We have hyperactive adrenal glands and well enough testosterone to guarantee my first born a boy. Now, take these traits and do what im doing. Building them..

I have to train. got to get stronger, so its what i do, and take pride in doing. I eat better, except for my snacks now and then. But i also consume a protein supplement, to buff me faster.

This feeling. it isnt bad, not at all. But its fiery to hold. I can handle it however this power isnt something i want to get to my head. I can lift things and people much easier, every task is getting easier. But also i feel like i can be more irritable and irrational if i let it. I get beastly too. Where i suddenly become ravenous, only wanting red meat and sometimes a craving of much uglier desire, controlled of course by my higher brain. when i get like this tho, i also get much more powerful. Benching 20-50 lbs more than usual. my spirit gets fiery and explodes with zeal. usually when its training night. It feels good, but also, well kinda like Hulking out.

This spirit carried me through my CPAT training without any form of exhaust, and the thing is i did the challenges twice, and at max weight for the one that required it.. next time i'm going to be weighted throughout the entire course, the whole time. I'm going to keep getting stronger. It's not just what i need, but also what i want. I enjoy exhilaration, i enjoy the thrill of destroying your normal limits. I keep growing in size and strength, and i keep up with stretching to stay just as nimble. but i keep seeing my limits fade and leave. its exciting, but also thought provoking to make sure this new found power, stays a positive strength..
